How much does it cost?
Pricing starts at $69/user/county/month for basic service. We also have bulk plans for access to the state or entire US.
Do you offer a free trial?
We have a free account that allows you to search the database in the county of your choice. This will allow you to see how many records are in the county and what types of property. The owner details will not be viewable unless you are paying subscriber, but this free account is a great way to see the coverage in the database as well as the software and search tools. Where does all this data come from?
All property ownership information is public domain and recorded at the county in which the property is located. The challenge is that often the ownership information such as the phone numbers, is not complete in the county records. ProspectNow does the research for you to find the phone numbers and adds the phone number data to the county records.
What percentage of the records have phone numbers and how accurate are they?
We have phone numbers for 65% to 70% of the commercial property owners. On average, 75% of all the phone numbers are correct ( this number may vary).
How often do you update the data?
It depends on the county, but we make updates to the entire database every 30 days. Some counties are on an annual update schedule and others are on a monthly.
